As a part of the journey to ignite the minds, a renowned agriculturist and social worker from a small village of chakla of district Bongaigaon, our inspirer, Late Bijoy Sarkar envisioned a society to cater the needs of youth of the area and empower all sections of the society of the nation through education. This dream was formalized by his sonLa te  Sri Chandan Kumar Sarkar, Hon’ble Former Minister Irrigation & Soil Conservation, Govt. of Assam, Voluntarily with the spirit of social service to the community along with a team of educationists and social workers by establishing C. K. College governing body (N.G.O) society in 2000 and this society is registered under Society registration act in 2006. The Founda- tion Stone of what was laid down by Srijut Tarun Gogoi, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam. Acknowledge the mission to create quality human resource in the char, rural, urban & emerging area.
